You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77xp will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 77xp immediately via the live chat support channel or by emailing [email protected]. 77xp will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon notification, but will not be liable for losses incurred prior to such notification.
77xp is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification on all Accounts before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and documentation confirming ownership of the payment methods linked to your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as inactive. 77xp reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the published fee schedule. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days following successful KYC verification. 77xp does not guarantee same-day processing but will endeavour to process all verified withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible.
The Platform operates primarily in PKR. Any transactions conducted in an alternative currency will be converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. 77xp will not be liable for any losses arising from currency fluctuations.
77xp operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to monitoring. 77xp reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and request supporting documentation for any transaction that triggers AML review thresholds. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities without prior notice to the Player.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 77xp are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. These general Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, only eligible games as listed in the promotion contribute to wagering requirements. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period stated in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

Maximum single-transaction and daily winnings caps apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are published in the relevant game rules and betting sections. Winnings in excess of the stated maximums will not be paid out beyond the cap.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77xp Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 77xp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
77xp's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 100,000 — whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms limits 77xp's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 77xp's own gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of first notification, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body designated by 77xp's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary rights or prevent irreparable harm.
77xp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77xp will notify registered Players via email or an on-screen notification upon login. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
